It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven C. Webb (Jarrettsville, Maryland), who passed away on February 12, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Webb and Helen Webb (Badders). He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Lynn Brooks (Robert) and Sara Jessica Webb; his grandchildren, Everett Walker Brooks, Virginia Meaghan Brooks and Josephine Ruth Brooks; and his brothers, Charles Webb (Barbra), David Webb and Douglas Webb (Anita). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting contributions to Harford County 4-H. Checks can be made payable to Harford County EAC.
