He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Rush and Roseanna Rush (McKinstry). He is survived by: his wife Thelma Rush (Blevins); his children, Ronald Rush, Jr. (Carole), Elizabeth I. Rush (Roger), Shirley Reichert and Kimberly Grubb (John); his grandchildren, Joshua Jones and Christina Little; his great grandchild Olivia Little; and his sisters-in-law, Rosa Lee Simmons, Brenda Orr and Patricia Lambert (George).
