It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Romaine Louise Rowland of Jarrettsville, Maryland, born in Rocks, Maryland, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Giles Jones and Alice Jones (Knopp); her spouse Dean Rowland; and her brother Ralph Jones. She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Fisher (Jim) and Judy Vest; her grandchildren, Amanda Atkinson (Sean) and Drew Hoopes (Elissa); her stepgranddaughter Jessica Vest; and her great grandchild Levi Atkinson.
