She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel A. Herbert and Helen Herbert (Heaton); her siblings, Alton Herbert, Bonnie Bandy, Dick Herbert, Joan Kinhart and Helen Campbell; and her nephew David Herbert.
She is survived by: her sister Ruthanna Hipley; her niece Stephanie Brandhofer (Alan); and her nephews, Scott Kinhart (Stacie), Joseph Kinhart (Krista), C. Samuel Campbell, Jason Campbell and Richard Herbert.
