He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bruce Edward Roberts. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Buchanan and Tammy Ruff (Richard Ruff) of Jarrettsville; his sons, Matthew Shade Buchanan, Jr. and James Henry Buchanan; and his brothers, Mark Patrick Buchanan and Joshua Evan Buchanan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
