She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hintz and Clara Hintz (Watling); her husband Clarence Broomfield; and her son-in-law Howard Scotland III. She is survived by: her children, Richard Broomfield, Cheryl Onesky and Deborah Broomfield.

Contributions may be made to Advent Lutheran Church or Helping Up Mission in Baltimore.
