He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kendall and Virginia Kendall (Lowe); and his sister Anne Kendall Wood. He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Kendall (Miller); his son Jesse Kendall (Chani); and his granddaughters, Sascha, Burkley and Melora Kendall.
