He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Stewart and Sarah "Sadie" Stewart (McLeod); his wife Ruth B. Stewart (Nee Tracy); and his daughter Pamela Ann Scarff. He is survived by: his son Arthur Stewart; his grandchildren, Jason Scarff (Stacey), Melissa Aponte and Kelly Stewart; and his great grandchildren, Cheyanne Aponte, Alexa Scarff, Garrett Scarff and Scott Aponte.
