She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Trzeciak and Julia Trzeciak (Getek); and her spouse Russell E. Smick. She is survived by: her daughters, Regina Smick-Attisano (Joseph), Laura Perdue (John, Jr.), Denise Smick and Janine Ortt (Richard, Jr.); her sisters, Dorothy Morin, Rita Moulton, Mildred Flynn, Irene Urbanski and Celeste Skruch; her grandchildren, Catherine, Suzanne, Allison, Peter, Elizabeth, MaryClaire, Sarah, Madeleine, James and Christopher; and her great grandchildren, Ruthanne, Milton, Estella and Graham.
