He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Leo Hogarth Sr. and Mary Hogarth (Smit); his wife Donna L. Hogarth; his sister Carol H. Almony of Timonium; his children, Laura H. Cogswell (Ted) of Delmar, MD, Melissa T. Hogarth of Merritt Island, FL, Mark F. Hogarth (Shirley) of Jarrettsville, Peter W. Hogarth (Karen) of Fairfax, VA and Andrew G. Hogarth (Jeannine) of Fredericksburg, VA; his stepdaughters, Michelle Cucina and Tracey Smith (Joe); his grandchildren, Edward "Walker" Cogswell, Leslie Hogarth, Rachel Walter (Scott), Amelia Linsao (Rich), Eric (Jennie), Carlie, Allison Hogarth, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Rebecca and Nathan Hogarth (Kelly); his stepgrandchildren, Breanna Sexton and Sabrina Smith; his great grandchildren, Emmett Campbell, Abigail, Aiden, Marlana, Jake Walter, Oliver Hogarth and Mason Rodriguez; his great great grandchildren, Haley, Mila and Harley; his niece Kathy; and his nephews, Tim Griffin, Jay, Glenn and Patrick Almony.
