He is survived by: his wife Donna Horoschak (Kress); his children, Danielle Horoschak (Bartholomew Westmoreland) and David Horoschak, Jr.; his grandson Rowan Westmoreland; and his sisters, Linda Schmidt and Janice Horoschak. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
