She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur; her sister Frances W. Pyle; and her stepson J. Craig Bergman. She is survived by: her sons, Gladden Kurtz, III (Renata) of Jarrettsville, MD, Benjamin W. Kurtz of Jarrettsville, MD and John Kurtz (Lisa) of Delta, PA; her grandchildren, William G. Kurtz (Tiffany), Andrea Low (Rob J.), Tiffany L. Edwards (Sean), John E. Kurtz, Jr., Paul M. Kurtz and Melody L. Kurtz; her great grandchildren, Nathan M. Hummel, Calista A. Kurtz, Brayden S. Edwards and Riley E. Edwards; her nieces, Ann Shenning and Debbie Freeland; her friend Tina Cartwright; and her stepsons, Arthur P. Bergman, Jr., William A. Bergman, Sr. and Samuel F. Bergman.
