She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Claggett Simmons and Myrtle Virginia Duffy Simmons; her husband Jennings "Charma" Hamilton; and her sons, Bryan "Hammy" Hamilton and Jimmy Hamilton.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Lou Mudd (John); her grandchildren, John Mudd (Mandy), Maggie Mudd-Stewart (David), Amanda Hamilton (Josh) and Rebecca Hamilton; her great grandchildren, Turner, Ian Stewart, Amanda Hamilton, Ellie and Caroline Mudd; and her daughter-in-law Pam Hamilton.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (4270 Hawthorne Rd, Indian Head, MD 20640). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
