He is survived by: his children, Carmelita Lockley (August), Robin Washington and Lawrence Washington; his siblings, William Lockley (Joyce), Ora Lockley-Jones and Zelma Paschal (James); his nieces and nephews, Marnita Washington, Christine Wrenn, Denise Johnson, Karen Gwynn, Michelle McLin, Marquita Ntim, Cyril Pyle, Jr., Leon, John, Nathan Washington and George Gwynn; and his grandchildren, DeShawn Washington, LaShunta Thomas, Andre Williams, Adrian Lockley, Anthony Lockley, Ron Williams and Marcus Dabney.
