Harris and Andrea'Penny; her siblings, Harold, Robert Lee, George, Clifton "Shad", Roy, Lawrence "Lewis" (Albert "Scottie" Swann, Sr.), Evelyn, Genevieve and Merline Swann; and her parents-in-law, John H. Sr. and Violet Penny.
She is survived by: her former husband Joseph O. Penny, Sr.; her husband Oliver; her daughters, Theresa Penny and Jacqueline V. Penny-Smith; her children-in-law, Ronnie Smith and Sandra Lancelin; her grandchildren, Johnathan, Jamila, Vincent, Lance, Jokisha, Derek, Tammy, Devonna and Lamar; her siblings, Audery Jackson, Norman, Jr. and Mary E. Britt; and her sisters-in-law, Donza Milstead, Doris "Sugar", Irene Swann of Doris and Estelle Penny. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In her later years, she volunteered and performed charity work.
