He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Lewis Winston and Robert Lewis; and his brother Lee Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Lewis; his children, Mikisha Lewis Freeman, Mechelle Lewis Freeman (David) and Takeisha Middleton; his siblings, Reverend Cynthia Walker, Vanessa Nixon (Ernest), Patricia Lewis, Robert Lewis, Jr., Kenneth Lewis and Vincent Williams; his grandchildren, Elijah, Gabrielle, Christian, Bayne, Harley, Talil, Kyree, Anthony and Amiyah; and his friend Jeffery "Juice" Washington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins.
