He was predeceased by: his parents, Therman Cleveland Drinkard and Mary Frances Drinkard (Cary); and his siblings, Robert Drinkard, Neal Drinkard and Jane Bussey.
He is survived by: his cousins, Rudy and Miles Cary; his nieces, Stephney, Pennie Drinkard and Sheila Zattu; his sisters, Sue Mellott and Gail Taherian; his brother-in-law Qasim Taherian; and his aunt Rosie Goode.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (4270 Hawthorne Rd, Indian Head, MD 20640). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122, as they were so kind and caring to Cary in the last hours of his life.
