He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Ann Briggs-Wachter; his cousins, Kenley Hubble of Barrick's Quarry and Colby Hubble; his children, Holly Wachter and Kyle Wachter of Fairfield, PA; his siblings, Shirley Beard (Larry), Gale Wachter, Tommy Wachter (Franny), Rick Wachter (Roxanne) and Jerry Wachter (Doris); his sister-in-law Julie Wachter; and his nephew Darren Wachter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
