He was predeceased by: his father David C. Staten, Sr. (Those). He is survived by: his wife Ann; his sons, Nicholas and Christian Staten; his mother Grace Staten Shekletski; and his siblings, Deborah Olson, Loretta Staten and Joseph Staten. He is also survived by his family, friends, and his brothers and sisters.
