She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter C. Crouse and Evelyn Crouse. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Crooks; her sons, Scott Crooks and Matt Crooks (Karen); and her brother Rick Crouse (Nancy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
