He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Hoad Beal and Mae Myrtle Beal (Blume); his wife Phyllis Beal; his children, Jdee Winans (Beal) and Craig Beal; his siblings, Wendell Beal, Troy Beal and Zelma Kelly (Beal); and his half-siblings, Bob Wakefoose and Winifred Dudley (Wakefoose).
He is survived by: his granddaughter Jillian Winans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gasch's Funeral Home (4739 Baltimore Ave, Hyattsville, MD 20781). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Restlawn Memorial Gardens (11128 Cash Valley Rd NW, La Vale, MD 21502).
