It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Isabell Britt (Hyattsville, Maryland), who passed away on December 8, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Myrtle Isabell departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Myrtle Isabell. Though Myrtle Isabell may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Myrtle Jackson Chapman and Jerry Chapman; her husband David Odell Britt Senior; her family, David, Patricia and Ann; her great grandchild Isabel; and her children, Ann, Patricia and David. She was also cherished by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Jb Jenkins Funeral Home (7474 Landover Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20785). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
