He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Kelser and Emily Kelser; and his wife Renee Christine Kelser. He is survived by: his children, Herb Kelser Jr. (Melissa), Christine Bell (Doug) and Will Kelser (Eileen); his grandchildren, Alexis Kelser, Haley Bell, Aubrey Bell, Gabrielle Montecinos, Selena Casey and Hannah Kelser; and his brother Raymond Kelser. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

“I lived in Lewisdale and attended Lewisdale Elementary School with Herbie. I remember he was always smiling, and that he had many, many friends. He was a great athlete, playing sports with the Lewisdale Boys Club. I’m attaching a photo of him in our 6th grade glass (that’s Herbie, standing in the top row, far left wearing a red shirt.)
