Donna Carter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2024, at the age of 65, Donna Carter (Hyattsville, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Donna is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She is survived by: her adoptive son Kalef Seymore; her sisters, Gwendolyn Cavanaugh and Linda Ferrell; and her sibling-in-law Dionne Hughes.
