It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dolores Jean McQueeney (Hyattsville, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl A McQueeney and Katherine D (McQueeney). She is survived by: her sister Rita McQueeney Ilg; her nephews, Ryan Ilg (Melissa) and Jason Ilg (Kari); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlyn, Andrew and Katelyn; her niece Katherine Shamel; and her great-nephews, Austin and Mason. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gasch's Funeral Home (4739 Baltimore Ave, Hyattsville, MD 20781). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (2121 Lincoln Rd NE, Washington, DC 20002).
