She was predeceased by: her parents, John Petty and Lorene Petty (Johnny); and her siblings, Belton (John, Jr.), Vennie Woods and Helen Price (Delberta Gaines).
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Futrell; her son Johnny Jr. (Tracey); her grandchildren, Johnny Earl III, Sydney Danielle and Morgan Renee; her goddaughter Serina Woods Huntley; and her siblings, Frank Petty, Rose Roebuck, Cecelia Byson, Eileen Williams and Carolyn Petty-Martin. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
