She is survived by: her husband Robert Foreman; her sister Marlena Ellis; her children, Donna Blake, Robert Foreman, Jr., Karen Foreman and Marlena Foreman; and her grandsons, Elon Blake and Keenan Blake. She is also survived by one sister, four children, two grandsons, multiple nieces and nephews.
