She is survived by: her parents, James A. Whitby, Jr. (Kathy) of Preston and Karen Ferguson Carroll (Mark) of Centreville; her husband Michael Burton; her children, Ashlie Eskew (Monty) of Easton and Jeremy Burton (Zandra) of Pittsburgh; her grandson Toby Hughes; her siblings, Jessica Harrison of Preston and Mark Harrison (Tyler) of Delmar, MD; and her grandparents, Harriet and Ed Caporin. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
