It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Horner Sr. of Hurlock, Maryland, born in Cambridge, Maryland, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Col. George W. Horner, Jr. and Ella "Trissy" Tall Horner; his spouse Franzeskia "Frankie" Jones; his sons, Stephen Horner, Jr. (Jackie) of Cambridge, Ethan Horner of Hurlock and Jeffrey Horner of Princess Anne; and his grandchildren, Michael Hartford, Stephen Horner, Nicholas Horner, Ella Horner, Hannah Horner and Cameron Horner. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
