He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry Smith, Thelma Smith, Irvin Channel and Christina Channel. He is survived by: his parents, John Smith of Hurlock, MD. and Mary Prunn Smith of Hurlock, MD.; his wife Kendra Brooks Smith; his children, Ashlynn Smith, Dakota Ann Kudra Smith, Delaney Katherine Kudra Smith and Christopher John Smith; and his siblings, Megan Friedman and Scott Lawrence.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Framptom Funeral Home, 216 N. Main Street, Federalsburg, MD 21632 to help defray funeral costs.
