He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carlton Newcomb, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Mills Newcomb; his wife Gail Price Newcomb; his son Michael Foreman; his siblings, Gary Newcomb, James Newcomb, Jr., Kathy Wingate, Brenda Reid and Bonnie Rockwell; and his pet Reggie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Elzey (David Jr.) and Kelly Long; his grandchildren, Brianna, Colin, Mikayla, Alyssa, Rebecca, Samantha and Savannah; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Makenzie, Waylen, Braxton, Addison and Nova. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
