He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Harris of Hurlock; his children, Ebony Harris of Hurlock, Ralph Baltimore of Newport News, VA and Carla Daggs of Salisbury, MD; his brother Melvin Harris of Las Vegas; his grandsons, Devin and Manuel Kessen of Germany; his great grandchild Daisy Lynn; and his close friend Fred Crumble (Larry Alridge). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
