With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Olis James Molock Jr. of Hurlock, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Olis James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Olis James Molock, Sr. and Lillian Augusta Molock. He is survived by: his children, Aileen, Olis James Molock III, Vanessa, Marlene, Darlene and Clarissa. He is also survived by several grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and several brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home - Hurlock (516 S Main St, Hurlock, MD 21643). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
