He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Delano and Margaret Delano; his brother Robert Mark Delano; his nephew Timothy Cole; and his niece Kim Delano.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark A. Delano Jr. (Kelly) and Wilbert M. Delano (Rena); his grandchildren, Michael, Chelsea, Bryan, Jessica, Marcus, Kevin, Morgan, Mark, Courtney and Autmn; his great grandchild Brylee R. Noon; and his siblings, Valarie Mahlbacher of Clayton, DE, Terry Williamson of Hurlock, MD, Robin Brooks, Edward Delano (Mickey) of Bridgeville, DE and Randy Delano of Bridgeville, DE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
