He is survived by: his wife Virginia Howie of Hurlock; his children, Kirk Howie (Anna) of Easton, MD, Jason Howie of Florida, Jennifer Sims of Florida, Sebrena Baxter (Don Baxter) of California and Julie Slack of California; his grandchildren, KJ, Teagan, Mason, Kaden, Luke, Amanda, Brenda, Dakota and Steven; his great grandchild Tyson; and his siblings, Elizabeth Schaeffer of Easton and John Howie (Lisa) of South Carolina.
