She was predeceased by: her parents, Linwood Hopkins and Emma Stanley Hopkins; and her brothers, Linwood Hopkins, Jr. and Harold Hopkins. She is survived by: her husband Willie Gibbs of Hurlock; her children, Daniel Hopkins (Sandee) of Seaford and Pamela Colbert of Pikesville; her grandchildren, Darius Hopkins and Jalen Colbert; her sisters, Bertha Sampson of Cambridge, Emmer "Delores" Wingate of Trappe and B. Regina Hill (James) of Cambridge; and her sister-in-law Sarah Hopkins of Preston.
