It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Ann Foglesonger of Hurlock, Maryland, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Coulbourne, Jr. and Bessie Wheatley Coulbourne; and her brother Mark Coulbourne. She is survived by: her husband Donnie Foglesonger of Hurlock; her children, Christa Tindall (John) of Trappe and Donald Bruce Foglesonger III (Karly) of Vienna; her grandchildren, Donald B Foglesonger, IV and L. J. Tindall, III; and her siblings, Timothy Coulbourne, Charles Coulbourne, III and Elizabeth Hurley.
