He is survived by: his wife Beverly Collins of Hurlock, MD; his daughter Lynnell Thomas (Lorenzo); his granddaughter Taylor Martin of Hurlock, MD; his siblings, Thomas Collins, Sr. (Doretha), William Collins, Sr. (Barbara) of Hurlock, MD and Geneva Thomas of Denton, MD; and his sisters-in-law, Lenore Purnell of Cambridge, MD and Patsy Collins of Hurlock, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and friends.
