He is survived by: his children, Timothy W. Coulbourne (Linda), Connie A. Foglesonger (Donnie), Elizabeth A. Hurley (Robert) and Charles W. Coulbourne, III (Shirley); his grandchildren, T. C. Coulbourne, Mark Coulbourne (Dawn), Christa Tindall (John), Bruce Folglesonger (Karly), Jason Hurley (Bree), Alison Hurley, Chucky Coulbourne and Heather Whaley (Nick); his stepgrandchildren, Tommy Ebeling and Sarah Sherman (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Emma, Madelyn, Meredith Coulbourne, A. J. Willey, LJ Tindall, Bruce Folgesonger, Riley Hurley, Kenna Clark, Kayden, Charlie Coulbourne, Clinton, Jonathan Whaley, Coco and Camden Sherman; his siblings, Robert Coulbourne (Sharon), Betty Lee Williamson (George) and Jeanette Blade (Roger); his sister-in-law Faye Bramble Crumbley (Walt); and his caregiver Kathy Humphries. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
