He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Stalcup and Lois Stalcup. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Dabney Stalcup; his sons, Lawrence Stalcup (Marie), James Stalcup (Amy) and Christopher Stalcup; his stepchildren, John Collier, Jr., Robert Collier (Mary), Francis Collier Rash (Kelly), Amy Eismann, Theresa Carabello (Ray), Monica Quidas (Mike) and Mary Ornstein; and his sisters, Darlene Mullenix (Babe) and Sharon Gross. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Christ Our King Church, 4339 American Corner Rd., Federalsburg, MD 21632.
