She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Erny and Marguerite Hammer Erny; and her brother David Erny. She is survived by: her husband Don Proctor, Sr. of Hurlock; and her son Don Proctor, Jr. of Laurel, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
