He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Kathryn; his stepson Jason A. Raleigh; and his siblings, Pamela S. West, Michael K. Ruf (Debbie) of Federalsburg, MD and Randy C. Ruf (Robin) of Cambridge, MD. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and granddaughters.
