With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda B. Windsor of Hurlock, Maryland, who passed away on December 30, 2020 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Brenda B. Windsor to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Brockman Bell and Margaret Bennett Bell. She is survived by: her husband Bill Windsor; her daughters, Crystal Owens, Melissa Windsor and Stephanie Hanna; and her sister Sharon Harris. She is also survived by five grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12-1 p. m. followed by a service at 1 p. m. Social distancing and masks are required.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Grace Baptist Church.
