He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Goddard, Jr. and Margaret H. Gillam; his stepparents, Jean Goddard and George Gillam; and his sister Lynne Corbett.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Duffield of Huntingtown; his children, Kellie Goddard-Naughton (Chris) of Crownsville, Jordyn Goddard of Frederick, Emily Goddard of Hagerstown, Brandi Duffield of La Plata and Steven Goddard of Hagerstown; his granddaughter Bailey Duffield of La Plata; and his siblings, Christine Baker (Brud) of Tulsa, OK, Becky Knapp and Bobby Goddard (Debbie) of Orlando, FL..
