He was predeceased by: his father Dave Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his son Cody; his mother Elaine; and his siblings, Susan, Tammy, Joseph and Dave Jr.. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family is requesting in lieu of flowers, a donation made out to his son, Cody L. Davenport for a college trust fund.
