He was predeceased by: his father Paul Segal. He is survived by: his wife Gerri; his children, Jacob Easton (Vanessa) of Grand Island, FL, MichaelJon (Jaimie) of St. Leonard, MD and Jennifer Foulks (James) of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, Samuel Bratcher (Linda Gayle) of Conway, SC and Sandra Bratcher of Richmond, VA; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Eli, Ashley, Mikaela, Konner, Rylie, Jack and Skyler.
