He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rhodes and Ruth London; and his stepfather Arthur London. He is survived by: his wife Linda Franke Rhodes; his children, Philip Rhodes (Alyson) and Laura Moody (Bryan); his grandchildren, Brennan Moody, Grayson Moody, Audrey Moody, Nathaniel Rhodes and Zachary Rhodes; and his half-brothers, Dennis London and James London.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Calvert Meals on Wheels, Inc., where Paul volunteered for 13 years after his retirement.
