She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Elsie Smola (Fasham). She is survived by: her father Ralph J. Smola; her husband Michael Horabik of Huntingtown; her daughter Mary Horabik of Woodinville, WA.; and her brothers, Robert Smola (Judy), Ronald Smola and Donald Smola (Karen). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
