He was predeceased by: his mother Kathryn Alice Torre (Hunter). He is survived by: his father Philip Joseph Sr. of Ocean View, DE; his wife Nicole; his daughters, Melissa Kathryn and Heidi Helga Torre; his siblings, Philip Torre of Stevensville, Tony Torre of Pasadena, Terri Coulbourne (Richard) of Chester, Kathy Lueders (Richard) of Berlin and Gina Knapp (Chris) of Shady Side; and his mother-in-law Helga Woehrle of Germany. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Masks and social distancing will still be required.
