We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Carl Edwin Ruleman Jr. of Huntingtown, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Carl Edwin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carl Edwin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edwin Ruleman Sr. and Grace Estelle Morris; his son-in-law John Thatcher III; and his nephew Brian Comploier. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Ruleman (Bettina) and Dolores Comploier; and his son Mickey Reefer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends, including his best friend.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
